“A Montgomery police officer is accused of sexually assaulting a woman while on duty.
Morris Williams Jr., 23, of Millbrook was arrested Tuesday and charged with sodomy second degree, court records show. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $30,000 cash bond.
Court documents show Williams is accused of engaging in “deviant sexual intercourse” with a person “incapable of consent by reason of being mentally defective.”
The alleged incident occurred Monday between 12:30 and 2 p.m. Where the incident occurred was redacted from court documents.”

(A) What, out of the clear blue, this happened? I don’t think so.
(B) How is it, that the subject cleared a psychological examination as pre-employment screening, or was that waive/omitted?
(C) Generally, moral turpitude, exhibits itself, in mundate fashion initially, and co-workers and supervisors should have picked up on it, before, there were official duty issues.
(D) What if any, were the background investigation results or, was it “Background Check Lite”?
(E) The incident is one of the most horrific episodes perpetrated by a law enforcement officer. Subsequent to the incident, all law enforcement, in Alabama, and everywhere else in America, will be walking around with a bloodied nose due the son of a bitch. If convicted, I hope the Alabama State Supereme Court throws the Book at him when sentenced.
