    Italy? Italians, not in the illustration of European and/or White, while Rome, literally tamed each of those nations. Loyalties and priorities were established only after, the tribes of the Great Mantle became civilized. Between national and ethnic Europeans, there has always been acceptance and inter-marriage, while retaining national, ethnic, tribal identification. Conflicts today are again based on theological belief and ideals, where outside influence remains detrimental once introduced.
