Reflexive law is the legal system being used to implement Sustainable Development throughout the world, and it is destroying the Rule of Law

…This is “reflexive law” and it is 100 percent antithetical to the American Republic, the Rule of Law, the U.S. Constitution and the entirety of Western civilization. Because compliance has always been posited as voluntary, nobody has been alarmed enough to look any further at it. However, I will point out that almost every global imposition has been based on the voluntary aspect of reflexive law. Agenda 21 depended upon voluntary compliance, which is often referred to as “soft law” among its critics, who have not perceived the deeper meaning of reflexive law. Common Core education standards were introduced as a voluntary program. Sustainable Development in general is always proposed to be a voluntary program. All of these are based on reflexive law. But, once it gets its tentacles into your personal property and local community, you will be involuntarily squeezed until you “voluntarily” comply. There is no legal process available to defend yourself, your property, or your rights…

Below is a memo – dated August 5, 2013 – outlining the latest United Nations (UN) plan for TOTAL GUN CONFISCATION (from civilians) in America. As with most well-laid plans, it outlines of process of INCREMENTALLY banning different categories of firearms. It makes it very clear that the goal is the complete and total DISARMAMENT of all civilians in America.  — Speaking for myself only, I will do ANYTHING necessary to prevent ANYONE from seizing my firearms. Is it time to start the REVOLUTION yet ?????

DC has always been distant from the people. Apart from the IRS and the draft, they were “the other” we read about in the papers, running gangsters and spies to ground, getting the interstate built, fighting wars and generally looking out for the Little Guy. We believed they were the Big Picture People doing things on the largest scale on behalf of all who worked hard, lived responsibly and stayed right with the law. DC was the captain and crew of our mighty ship, alert and sure, cutting cleanly through heavy seas and turgid morass alike, while their grateful passengers shuddered at the hardship and horrors beyond the delights of the endless buffet on the promenade deck.

We’ll never know how this year’s election would be different if the corporate media adequately covered the NDAA’s indefinite detention clause and many other recent attacks on civil liberties. Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State has announced that the Obama administration is working with the United Nations UN to approve, through the US Congress, the Small Arms Treaty SAT.  Clinton affirmed that the US would facilitate talks with the UN in the Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, as long as it “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making. Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly.”

This global gun control scheme, concocted by the UN, is called the International Arms Control Treaty IACT. Disguised as a way to combat terrorism, insurgents and international criminals, this document endeavors to secure that the world’s citizens cannot defend themselves….
