An open letter to all law enforcement officer in New Yory State from the The Oathkeepers

As you know, the New York Safe Act was passed in the middle of the night by the New York City dominated New York State Legislature and signed by a Governor who would be president, without any input from the people. Who will be safer under this unconstitutional law? It definitely will not be the law-abiding citizens of New York who, if we comply, would have some of our ability to defend ourselves taken away. The law might be better named the NY SAFE ACT FOR CRIMINALS because violent criminals who carry illegal guns will never comply. They have never complied with any gun control laws and they will continue to use all banned weapons with the largest capacity magazines they can get their hands on. Only the law-abiding citizens like us and police officers like you, will now be at a disadvantage, not the criminals.

Because he has chosen, or been forced to, make himself the face of Der Staat let’s have a closer look at spokesperson Lieut. J. Paul Vance…
NJ Democrats Officially Introduce Bill to Limit Magazine Capacity to 10 Rounds, Expected to Pass
Sheeple: People unable to think for themselves

Last week we reported that NJ lawmakers had reached a backroom deal that would allow a magazine capacity restriction bill to pass both houses of the state legislature. Last year, the legislation was blocked in the state senate, but it now seems all roads are clear for this unconstitutional bill to make it to the governor’s desk.
The bill would lower NJ’s current magazine capacity limit from 15 to 10 and it would also ban semi-auto rifles with fixed magazines that have a capacity greater than 10 rounds.
According to Philly.com,
“When you meet families that lost their loved ones, it’s pretty hard to explain why you can’t do a simple thing like this to make lives a little bit easier,” said Senate President Stephen Sweeney (D., Gloucester).
The Assembly passed the same bill last year, but Sweeney refused to bring it up for a vote in the Senate…

Cuomo D’Etat: New York’s Taliban Monent | Ol’ Remus & The Woodpile Report
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made some notable comments about opponents of his showpiece gun control law, known as the SAFE Act.
“The Republican Party candidates are running against the SAFE Act—it was voted for by moderate Republicans who run the Senate! Their problem is not me and the Democrats; their problem is themselves. Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are. ” NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo, to Susan Arbetter via blog.timesunion.com
A clarification posted at the Governor’s web site, not further attributed, claims he meant only to insult and expel representatives of conservatives, not conservatives themselves. A later posting, attributed to Mylan Denerstein, the Governor’s Executive Deputy Attorney General for Social Justice (sic), takes the form of an open letter to Frederic Dicker, a columnist at the New York Post and local talk show host. She characterizes Mr. Dicker as an extreme conservative—two words never far apart in official missives—who maliciously misrepresented Cuomo’s words with the intent of causing mischief in an election year. DHS Ammo Investigation | Brittius.com

click that pic …
Reportedly, there is being a request by a few members of Congress to look into alleged ammunition purchases by the Department of Homeland Security. Numbers are now alleged at two billion rounds of ammunition which is at this time, completely unsubstantiated, but people keep jacking up the numbers. This alone merits being looked into because the fear and panic it is creating has to either be proven or laid to rest as fear mongering, which is very dangerous to the peace of America. Why would people want to start a war in America? Some have demonstrated long ago that they qualify for a straight jacket and to be locked away in a rubber room. On the flip side of the coin, if it is merely an emotional plea to get people’s attention to make them aware of a dangerous situation, Congress needs to go the extra mile for once, and the Congressional underachieving slackers have to stop stuffing money into their pockets and have the DHS ammunition issue, investigated. New Yorkers Take Aim At Cuomo’s SAFE Act | Freedom Outpost
Citizens and local authorities are waking up to the tyranny that is rearing it’s ugly head in the United States today. On Thursday, the Oswego County Legislature approved a resolution against parts of New York State’s new gun laws. The measure passed by a unanimous vote (25-0)!
The measure says the new Safe Act has a severe impact on guns that are used for safe recreation. It argues that state lawmakers didn’t have enough time to review it before it was passed. A copy of the resolution will be on its way to both Barack Obama and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
The resolution also encourages public hearings to be held by lawmakers and encourages the representatives of Oswego County to submit written opinions about the SAFE Act. Oswego is not the first to do this. Madison and Herkimer counties have already passed similar resolutions and Ontario is poised to follow. Continue reading
Ammo? What Ammo? : DHS Takes Unprecedented Step of Redacting Mass Ammunition Purchase | SHTFPlan
A report from Paul Joseph Watson at Infowars indicates that the Department of Homeland Security has redacted their most recent purchase order for ammunition. With DHS having purchased over one billion rounds of ammunition in just the last year and an outcry across alternative media web sites and blogs, it seems they are now looking to hide their activities, even though the only legal reasons for redacting government related documents is through a Congressional mandate or a national security issue.… go here DHS Takes Unprecedented Step of Redacting Mass Ammunition Purchase.
