(Green text indicates sarcasm or the voice of the liar, as is the form around here. Gotta make that clear. Sigh.)
So a friend in Riverville turned me on to a Metaphysics class that I could listen to, and good grief are you people in trouble now! Metaphysics is kind of trippy-wippy as it is, in extremely simple terms, the study of “being”, and not for everyone to be sure. But, amongst all of the tall, dense weeds that one must wade through, glorious clearings open up, and there are truths therein that every single human being can use in day to day life to be… wiser. And we LUUUURV wisdom, because Proverbs 1:7 tells us, “The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom. Fools despise Wisdom and instruction.”
I have listened to three hours of lecture so far covering exactly eight paragraphs of text, and have half-a-dozen essay topics already, all of which illuminate what exactly it is that is going on in these dark days, both in the secular realm and in the Church.

In short, the infiltrators of the Church are trying to accomplish nothing less than the total destruction of the Church. They subscribe to the satanic heresy of MODERNISM, which is, quite possibly, the worst heresy ever. Pope St. Pius X called Modernism “the synthesis of all heresies”, meaning all heresies combined. Think of Modernism as the Super Wal-Mart of heresies. EVERYTHING is in there. And here’s where the metaphysics comes in.
If you are an American, your freedom of speech is under attack. Over the past week, remarks made by Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy defending traditional marriage have sparked controversy all over the nation. Many Americans have expressed support for his remarks and many have expressed disdain for his remarks. And all of that is fine, because in the United States people are supposed to be able to express their opinions. But in Chicago, Boston and other U.S. cities, politicians are actually promising to keep any more Chick-fil-A stores from opening because their CEO does not support gay marriage, and that crosses the line. When politicians threaten to ban a business from their cities just because the CEO does not hold the “politically correct” position on a social issue that is an attack on the freedom of speech of every American. You see, the truth is that the enforcers of political correctness in America are very “tolerant” except when somebody disagrees with them… via The American Dream.
They took prayer out of the schools. We grumbled, but did nothing. They took George Washington’s portrait out of the classrooms. We grumbled, but did nothing. They started teaching collective socialist doctrine to our children. We grumbled, but did nothing.
They started awarding trophies to every player in school team sports, winners and losers. They replaced health classes with sex education, and taught it to grade school children. They promoted failing students in the name of self esteem. We grumbled, but did nothing… Continue reading →
